Worklance Connect aims to make its public website usable by candidates, employers and partners with diverse access needs. Our target is to progressively align core public journeys with WCAG 2.1 AA principles.

What we focus on

• Clear labels, headings and form feedback
• Responsive layouts that work with zoom and smaller screens
• Meaningful alternative text for important images

Known limitations

Some third-party embedded services, external documents or legacy interface elements may not fully meet our target. We prioritize fixes that affect job discovery, application and employer enquiry flows.
