We welcome responsible reports of security issues that could affect candidate, employer, partner or platform data.

How to report

Email hr@worklance.co.in with the subject Security Report. Include the affected URL/feature, reproduction steps, potential impact and supporting screenshots or logs that do not expose unnecessary personal data.

Safe-harbour expectations

Please act in good faith, avoid privacy violations or service disruption, do not access more data than necessary to demonstrate the issue, do not use social engineering, and give us reasonable time to investigate before public disclosure.

Response

We aim to acknowledge a credible report within 5 business days. Remediation timelines depend on severity and technical complexity.
